We will be marketing European style day to day.
Individually, each guest is responsible for their own breakfast and lunch unless we decide on a picnic.
If we want, we can pool our resources and cook a big dinner. Or you can cook your own if you prefer.
We will go to "market days" in all the adjoining villages for fun and supplies.
There is (not to worry) a "regular" supermarket not too far away.
Of course ........... we can also eat out!!
Even though food and wine are not included in the cost of your stay at Fonguilleres, we can share.
You can get Euros with your ATM card from almost all machines and the rates are good.
The average temperature is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. It is always cool in the evenings. Bring a sweater and an umbrella just in case.
I will typically wear capris, long pants or a skirt and T-shirts everywhere ... sometimes a sundress. Only younger people and tourists wear shorts of any kind. Some of our walks require something sturdier than flip flops, but I wear strong sandals most of the time, and they are fine.
Remember that there is a pool in our garden, so bring a bathing suit and a pool towel as they only provide bathroom towels.
There are washing machines (no dryers) and it is always nice enough to dry your clothes on the line. They dry very quickly.
